Simes marketing agent Pip Sutton says its cedar and corrugated iron exterior is reminiscent of traditional Kiwi baches but that inside it’s modern, stylish and very live-able. Architect and director of Natural Element Homes, Russell Devlin, says he designed the house for two or more families to share. It sleeps up to 11 people and has large living spaces to allow everybody room to get away and relax. The asking price is $645,000.
