Will Blake leads the Simes Valuation team and has been with the Company since 1989. Prior to that he was Managing District Valuer, West Auckland, for the successor of the old Valuation Department.
He has worked in real estate valuation in Dunedin, Wellington and Auckland before returning to his home town of Christchurch. Will has been Registered as a Valuer since 1979 and is a Senior Member of the Property Institute of NZ.
Married to Sandra, they are proud of their teenage son and daughter, and have a long association with the Sumner Running Club.
Will provides valuation and consultancy services to our major clients including Christchurch City Council and Christchurch International Airport Ltd, maintaining a firm belief our strength is our current market knowledge.
