As Business Development Manager - Commercial Property Management Andy has over 14 years experience in commercial property management and development.
 
Over that time Andy has represented several of the country's leading independent commercial property owners and developers with portfolios that include several major shopping centres together with a range of office and industrial properties.
 
Andy has extensive experience in identifying development opportunities and sourcing additional revenue streams for property owners in addition to a wide range of facilities management.
 
He has been instrumental in the successful development, management and ultimately sale of a variety of commercial premises often in highly competitive circumstances.
 
Andy is fully conversant with the requirements of a wide spectrum of property sectors, is particularly skilled in developing positive tenant landlord relationships and accordingly enjoys the role of developing business for Simes clients within this continually challenging environment.
 
Prior to entering the property industry Andy enjoyed a varied sales career including financial services and electronics following his arrival in New Zealand in 1984.  
 
He is married with two teenage children and so also enjoys a hectic family life after work.
